I'm sure i'm not the first one to bitch about this section but come on! I personally think this might be the most complicated section on the pat because of the complexity of some of the shapes. I am not talking about the symmetrical boxes here but rather the irregular shapes with different shaded parts on each side. How much time do guys spend on each one and is there a technique (except try to put the figure together mentally) that you guys used?

I dont know if its just me butvi find this section easy to moderate

The reason is bc only have to look at the three sides and eliminate them

Just practice folding them up in ur head noting the special differences i e the shaded part is directing this direction for this amount

Or

This side must be next to which side

My process of elimination was i always first made sure that specific side was next to this specific side

Then look at patterns to make sure it is 100% accurate

You just have to train your eye to see it three demensionally

Best

At first I tried to fold it up mentally and compare...It was way to hard.

I would take the unfolded image overlay it mentally on the first image and rotate to match one side up then start to fold it in my head and see if the other sides matches. Then I would repeat for the rest. Remember you can only fold into the page

I don't know if that made sense or helped
