I've done about 6 practice CDP tests now, and am now scoring 21 on average, which I'm happy with. The section that is giving me the most trouble now is Pattern Folding...

I'd really appreciate if someone could walk me through this practice problem. I'm still convinced that the answer is wrong, hahaha.

I also think it's hard because that's the last section and when I'm the most burnt out too...

I think is B...isn't it?
The object is upside down...I think 🙂

I don't know how to make it not small/blurry on the forum, but if you want: Go to this site and click
1) Option
2) Download

I copied/paste the unfolded image/answers a lot just so you don't have to keep strolling all the way up.

Hope this helps. This technique I've been developing. I don't know if it has been brought up. I found that this works on most problems.

B is the correct answer.

And I was so stuck that the way it was shown that the top triangle couldn't possibly match, which is true. It is rotated upside down.

This section is a lot harder than I thought...

^Great Tutorial KyoPhan! Gave me a new way to think about it!

Sometimes it's hard to fold. This problem seems to have a lot of scenarios to consider. It made my brain hurt. Tip I would give is try to work from the perpendicular line if you could. It's easier to keep track of.

I was able to eliminate B and D.
