Does anyone know, with the advent of DHA and the anticipated downsizing of the medical force, if the Army will be offering the opportunity to "buy out" of an ADSO? I have heard of medical officers paying back their commitments with cash in the past, but doubt this happens frequently, and I'm sure there were extenuating circumstances.
