It says 6,393.30 for o-5. Per month, starting <2 experience. Am I missing anything else?

You need to add each component of pay which can be variable depending on location, experience, and specialty.

The BAH is your housing allowance which is based on rank, zip code, and years in.

The BAS is for food.

The Incentive Pay is an annual bonus given for your medical specialty, which varies by specialty.

The retention bonus is a bonus that is given variably on whether you owe time. If you do not, you can sign a retention bonus for several years. It varies by specialty and length of contract.

There is a board certification pay which is usually $6000 a year.

The BAH and BAS are not taxible.

When you add these up, it will probably come out to $150,000-$260,000 for most individuals, but in order to know the exact number you need a lot of details to fill in the blanks.
