After years of doing PI/WC you tend to know the legit attorneys and WC referrals (ie non paying attorneys and non responding/secondary gain WC patients).

Most adjusters know I am more CAM(acupuncture) to interventional (Scs) and not an opioid referral source. You can be more selective over time as you build a more solid Medicare And commercial following ...
