How would you take out school loans to pay for your stay in france? Since the french school do not have an OPE-ID (not federally recognized by the US government.
How exactly would one defer there existing federal loans to go to a french medical school since they do not have an OPE-ID number? Can I just have the staff at the french medical school write a note saying I am in school?
Has anyone been in these situations, and solved these problems?
