Paying for Dental School Apps

I am very confused on paying for my dental school applications. I know that on ADEA AADSAS, the first school is $245, and schools after that is $98. BUT when I'm looking at the Official Guide to Dental Schools it lists a 'fee for application' for each school, which varies in amount ($50-$80). So for example, if I apply to 5 schools, then my total would be $637. Do I need to consider the separate fee application for each school too? Let's say all 5 schools have a $75 application fee. Does that make my overall total to $1012??? And if so, do I pay this fee separately to each school or will it be added to the AADSAS application. Hope this makes sense.

It is common for programs to have a secondary application/ supplemental fee. You'll probably have to pay it online or mail it in to the specific program.

Yes, with those example fees you listed, you'd have to pay $1012. Some schools only take credit card while others only take checks/money order. It all depends on the school.

Also, you may find this table a bit easier to navigate through compared to the online book. However, I would use it only as a general guideline and double check with the school website to make sure.
