Does anyone have an idea on how I can pay for some classes I plan on taking as a non matriculated student. I'm not qualified to get a loan through the school since I'm a non matriculated student. Thanks I'm estimating the cost will be around $4000-5000. Thank you!

private lenders. sallie mae, citibank, etc

By non-matriculated do you mean you are a non-degree seeking, post-baccalaureate student. You have to be matriculated or you could not take the classes and get credits, right?

For me in my case, I am a non-traditional post baccalaureate student and I am currently not seeking a degree. Technically I do not qualify for financial aid. I am however taking pre-requisites for dental school, so my pre-proffesional office at my university wrote a letter to the financial aid office stating that the credits I am taking are pre-requisites for dental school.

I was told that that way I can qualify for a student loan. Otherwise the banks told me I could not get a private loan for school.

I hope that helps, or maybe I am way off base, but good luck.
