What is it like to work in a 'clinical pharmacist' position at a PBM? Is anyone familiar with Benecard? I ask because it seems that there is a wide variety of positions. One position I've seen posted wants a pharmacist to be in contact with clients and develop clinical guidelines tailored to that company's workers. The pharmacist must be available to ask questions even after hours. There are also presentations and some traveling to the companies served.

What kind of job is this? Is it possible to enter a regular hospital or LTC positon after being in such a position for a couple of years? It seems narrowly focused.
