PCAT and Applying Process

Hey everyone,

I am about to start my Junior year in college and was wonder how does the application process work. The application deadline for Cal Pharm school is November, so do you apply the months after graduating from college or apply beginning of winter quarter of senior year assuming I want to go straight to Pharm school right after college?
Is there a certain time period that Pharm school will take the PCAT score, e.g the score reported must be within 12 months of application process?
