So since the pcat score is based on the number of questions that you get right compared to the norm group, which is made up of 1st time test takers from Oct 2004 to May 2007- Is the test getting harder?

Probably, but this doesn't matter. You are being assessed in comparison to other students (essentially), so you would expect "score inflation" to occur as pharmacy schools become more competitive. This would have happened anyway (i.e., on an objectively scored exam), however, since schools would find themselves with more and more people getting a higher percentage of questions correct.
