Any other premeds just finish Pchem? I just had the most brutal final...
How were yours?
How were yours?
Like I just pushed the staples button.... "that was easy".
Lucky. I aced the entire semester and just tanked. There was an isothermal compression problem that required derivations of A,G,S,U,q,w using a non-ideal equation of state. I got w...
Is it true what they say about PChem being the hardest Chem class?![]()
I took my pchem "for the life sciences" (aka easy version) final last week. I rescheduled the final to take it early because I was going on an interview the original test date. He told me on Monday night that I would be taking the final Wednesday morning, and due to other work I only studied for about 30 minutes the morning of.
The result? A 77. Nice.
How is pchem part of life sciences?
My school offers two pchem class types (not anymore actually). One they called it the macro version which is more oriented towards biology folks that requires less calculus (but still has a lot of calculus) that starts thermo -> quantum -> stat mech ( which seems weird ), and the other is a micro version that starts with quantum -> stat mech-> thermo and is more calculus intensive. Maybe cole's school offers something like that?
Thank God I didn't major in chemistry 😎
I was just RickRoll'D... 👍
How is pchem part of life sciences?
Jaysus, just took mine this evening... 4.5 hours long. I'm just hoping for a B at this point.
All of my finals are three hours regardless of subject, so I could imagine a difficult class requiring a longer amount of time.A 4.5 hour long final?? 😱
Got my first B ever in this dumb class. Feels-like-I-don't-care-man.jpg. Probably my least favorite class I've taken at college. Actually, not probably - it definitely is.
I just had my P-Chem final this Thursday. It was easily the most difficult test I've ever taken. I had somehow managed to go into the final with a high A and now I'm praying to keep an A in the class. The one positive was that everyone I talked to thinks they failed it so we're all hoping for a huge curve.
I ended up with an A. Not too sure how but I'm not complaining 😀 .
I loved p-chem! I still have to do p-chem lab and a polymers elective class and I'm finished with a chemistry degree, hooray!!!
