I have submitted my secondary for PCOM-GA campus recently as I am very interested in this school. Although I applied late in the game, I am wondering if anyone knows how full the class is, how fast they invite you for an interview after submission of the secondary, how competitive it is, etc.
I know, I know, I applied late.
I have a 21 MCAT and a 3.8 GPA science and non-science with a doctor of pharmacy degree. I didn't take the MCAT until august and waited until October for my scores. Unfortunately, I work in a critical care unit and worked 12-14 hour days this summer so I didn't have time to study for the MCAT and hence the low score. After the scores returned, I didn't think they were high enough to apply to DO schools until I learned of the SDN network. I want to become a DO because of the emphasis on primary care and I really, really want to work in underserved primary care area someday.
Anyone have any suggestions??????????????/
