Hey all,

I'll be applying throughout the 2017-2018 DO cycle. This is my second application (first was 2015-2016 cycle). Anyway, I realize that nearly all schools accept MCAT scores from the past 3 years. However, I noticed today when finalizing my school list that PCOM is stating no scores prior to August 2015 will be considered. I took my MCAT in April 2015... Does anyone have any experience with a school making an exception on MCAT scores accepted? I have no plans on retaking the MCAT and being a PA resident, PCOM was essentially my top choice.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

These types of questions are very school and situation dependent. Emailing them is going to give you the best answer.

They won't do it. PCOM gets the most apps out of any DO school so why should they make an exception for you? They are very particular with all of their rules

No substitutions, no exceptions. PCOM doesn't GAF. They don't have to bend over backwards for anyone.
