PCOM secondary- 2nd question???

on the PCOM secondary, the first question is the essay prompt and clearly states "please attach a brief statement" , but the second question is "what healthcare related experiences have you had?"
How did everyone else do this?
did you add it into your essay? did you attach another piece of paper? did you squeeze it in the small space available?

Write a small statement and attach it to the secondary. Both essays were only a page total for me.

I spoke with someone in PCOM admissions. She said it was fine to attach a second sheet for question #2. She said to write 'see attached' in the space and to be sure to staple all pages to the form.

Ooops, I just listed few hospitals that I volunteered in in the little space provided. This is probably wrong. I'm worried now. I already sent it out.
Should I send out a separate answer to this question now?

haha after i sent mine in i was worried that i should have sent a list instead
you can probably call them and fine out. in my opinion, it's fine either way

ohhhh. Just call them and ask. See if you could actually fax it over. If you mail it you risk them misplacing your letter. (Never happened to me...but heard horror stories)

In the space for the essay, that they should look at the attached sheet. I tend to write too much (had trouble limiting it to 1 page single spaced). I hope that's not a bad...

did anyone add their other somewhat healthcare related experiences to this list/essay?? i.e.) like helping out with a youth group but if you relate it to healthcare?
