When you scan something into the computer and turn it into a pdf file how can you enable the file such that you can type in it?

When you scan something into the computer and turn it into a pdf file how can you enable the file such that you can type in it?

You will need full version of acrobat for that and you can use the forms field to create writeable section on the document
