PE Questions - Well Pt., OMM, Plan

I have a few questions regarding the PE, as the thread title says.

1) Can someone tell me how to handle a well-pt exam? H&P, SOAP, etc.

2) Are we expected to do one OMM treatment if indicated, or are we supposed to demonstrate two modalities?

3) In our plan, we can include medications? I read in First Aid for the CS that that is not allowed on the CS - at least, I recall reading that awhile back. I read somewhere for the PE we can put "antibiotics" and not have to be more specific than that.

4) Is there a video out there I should view before going to the test? I read about a DVD or some video on the website.

Are you asking about Step II CS? If you go to the test website, it has a video and pdf that clearly tells you what you need to write down. One of the specifics is: your plan should only have diagnostics and no treatments or "consults"

The PE is the CS for osteopathic students.

Hey I have taken and passed the PE for DO's and I am happy to share whatever insight I can. Feel free to PM me.
Other wise go to the NBOME website and start hunting through it. THere is a video (which they also reshow at the site) to watch and someuseful info.
