Pediatric Residency : Need Your Help Dr.

Hope this thread finds you well all 🙂

I'm back again after finishing my NBDE both parts , and i'm looking forward to apply for a Pediatric Residency

The only problem is i'm a foreign trained dentist 🙁
i've 3 years experience and i've took toefl too
i've green card and a social security no too 🙂 ( i'm a refugee )

so , would you mind please tell me my opportunities ( as a foreign trained dentist ) to get into a Pediatric Residency or should i think in other Residencies ?
