d) X-linked Recessive

d) X-linked Recessive
First see if it is X-linked or autosomal. If it appears only in males, it is X-linked. If it is in both males and females, then autosomal.
I don't have a formal way of determining whether it is a recessive or dominant disorder. But suffice it to say that if it appears in every generation, we're talking about dominant. If it skips some generations, then it is probably a recessive disorder (or if there is a kid with the disease even those both his/her parents don't have it).
