The pass machine has a lecture series program, it's about $1000. It worked for me.
It's ~35 hours of lectures with Charlie Cote et al. working the keyword list into themed groups. Cardiac was the most painful because it is such a broad topic and represents only a small part of the exam.
I haven't personally used it but I know some fellows who have tried the AnesthesiaQBank questions for their fellowship boards and found them reinforcing.
It hasn't changed. Spend the grand, watch the lectures over a week or so before the test, get spoon fed all the keywords and high yield topics, and earn your P.
