I need some advice.

I asked my teacher who teaches Computer Forensics and Digital Security A.S. (CFSS) at my CC recommend I go to Penn state online to get my bachelors in cyber security analytics.

I called Penn state university they can confirm me the degree wont show I took it online and most students who took there program got into law and health care programs

She told me why dont I take the science pre requirements at the CC in person and some at another 4 year since im not good in calculus 1 since most biology degree require some sort of calculus.

Would this be an issue ?

Im doing the science classes in person with lab.

Not a big deal to me. We won't disqualify you because of your cybersecurity degree.

Does it matter it’s from pen state world campus since I’m from pennsylvania and that’s how it’s offered there ?

I called they told me it won’t show I took it there but at the main campus it won’t show I took online classes.

As long as it's accredited, it's not a problem (as far as I can tell).

Wait I'm not understanding - so you're saying this online program has a loophole that won't reveal the classes you took - were in fact online classes?

It's fairly common for transcripts to not differentiate between in-person and distance learning--especially at brick and mortar schools. Of course, the ethical/prudent action is to note which courses were taken online if ever asked during the application process.

That’s the point it’s just stuff for the cyber security major I checked in my area that the only school that has it online for now.

Rest of the courses in person the science ones.

Minus intro to physic 2 that’s online only.
