Pennsylvania law on partial fill of CII?

CARA 2016 states that if a patient gets partial fill for CII prescriptions, they can now receive the remaining amount up to 30 days from the date written.

Is this also permissible in Pennsylvania or does PA still go with 72 hours rule?

I am confused because MPJEeasy source says 72 hours but PPA source says CARA 2016 is applicable in PA... I looked everywhere in PA law but I can't find anything about this.

Could you please write here if you do end up finding the answer? I also couldn't find the answer but I was going to stick to the stricter rule of 72 hours...
