0 on the MCAT means they didn't take the MCAT. Some 8 yr programs allow high school students to go straight into Medical School without the MCAT requirement

I didn't look at the link but I do know that with some early assurance type programs you aren't required to take the MCAT, just to have a certain GPA at some point early on in college.
