Percentage Breakdown of Step II?

I dont think surgery is as anywhere near 15% its at the most bottom, probably around 5%, and most of the surgical questions end up asking medicine answers, lol

By surgery I include trauma, medical issues encountered in a perioperative setting, and issues most commonly addressed by surgical subspecialists (eg. brain mass, bone fracture, urinary obstruction, aortic dissection, transplant rejection...)

Yeah, I was going to say that as well. Based on the breakdown contained in the various question banks (designed to simulate the real thing), there will be more OB/GYN, Psych and Peds questions than surgery, even including subtopics like trauma and ortho. I'd up medicine to 35% and call surgery 10%.
