You have an excellent chance at top tier perio, or very good OMFS programs. With the new board format, programs understand the difference. Your score could be higher, but with that rank, gpa, and assuming the externships and letters to match, you'll be fine.
Decide what you want to do for your career and apply to that. Some perio or OMFS programs may not prepare you for your interests. Others may be wonderful experience.
Do your research, talk to faculty, and figure out what you're looking to do. Go on from there, but you'll be fine applying to whatever you choose I would think.
