is there a trend for boiling point, melting point, freezing point and basicity/acidity for the elements on the period table?....🙂

hmm, not that I have read. There is a trend for nucleophilicity, but that's orgo and not GChem.

for noble gases as you go down a column the bp/mp increases because the atoms have greater electron clouds allowing the atoms to transiently form partial dipoles and therefore increase the strength of van der waals forces.
