Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship?

Hi all,
I am very interested in Peripheral Nerve Surgery. I was looking into fellowships for this and was only able to find one at the Mayo Clinic. Can someone point me to a list of fellowships in peripheral nerve? Are there other ways to get to peripheral nerve specialty besides doing residency in neurosurgery? Plastics perhaps?

Besides neurosurgery there are avenues to this fellowship via plastic surgery.

While I cannot comment on the validity of the relationship, there is a organization called the American Society of Peripheral Nerves which seems to be working with the American Society of Plastic Surgery to develop fellowships.
