I think about patient safety every time I fill these. These things look like M&Ms and smell like chocolate caramels. Why would the manufacturer think this would be a good idea? It baffles me, so I thought I'd share my feelings with pharmacy folks who understand where I'm coming from.

The green ones? I remember we used to stock those, they did look exactly like M&Ms. We switched to another mfr because it was like $0.10 cheaper per #100, and they look like dirt.

They do look like M&Ms but I don't remember them smelling like chocolate caramels lol.
