JKDMed - totally off topic/forum.....

What systems have you trained in? I've noticed a propensity towards JKD both in the little icons and some of your sayings? Are you truly a JKD or JKD concepts practitioner or just a Bruce Lee freak as I was? Not meaning to be insulting in any way, just curious?

I practice true JKD. My Sifu was trained in California by Dan Inosanto -- can't get more true than that.

I'm gonna meet and train with Sifu Inosanto sometime this year when he comes to the school for a seminar. 👍

Anyone know if AACOMAS really did extend the PS to 3500 characters? That would be awesome if they did, because I'm hurting to say what I want in only 3000.

I practice true JKD. My Sifu was trained in California by Dan Inosanto -- can't get more true than that.

Must be rough. 😀 It would be great to train with Sifu Inosanto. I spent 10 years in the Philippines as a kid and trained with some Maharlika Kuntaw people (Carlos Lanada lineage) and some of my buds trained with Remy Presas and I got some 'informal' training there. It was a great place to be a martial artist, especially if you were a teenager with virtually unlimited time (did my homework in class and during lunch so I could go train). Please tell Sifu Inosanto "Mabuhay" and I hope to meet him someday. Maybe we can go out for some pancit (thin noodles kinda like Lo Mein) and the ever present lumpia.....

Are you serious??? Why so little?? what are suppose to say in just 3000?? AAMC gives 5400 characters, which seems to be just about right. 😱 😕
