Hey guys

i am planning to apply to NY OT schools ( downstate, NYU, Columbia, Touro) as the application are going to start opening for the 2013 year. I want to have everything prepared, and the Personal Statement is the first thing i planned to write. There PROBLEM is that there are no general instruction from school about what they want to see in the PS. the previous year had few questions that they wanted to address in their PS, and this year application is not up.

Admission counselors for Downstate for example told me that each year questions are different. So i am forced to wait and see what should i talk about in my PS?

can i write one general PS for all these schools? what should be my main answers?

Sounds like you are going to have to wait until you know the questions before you know how to answer.

Start writing out some bullet points about various characteristics or experiences that would make you a good OT. Then you can pick and choose what to put in.
