As an aside, I'll get you going.
I woke up in a water taxi. The only thing I was wearing was duct tape underwear. My mouth tasted like motor oil and my body was covered with tatoos written in several languages I couldn't read. I sat up and felt the humidity on my gums, the boat skipping down the river, and the mid-day heat hit me on the face. The boat driver smiled at me and pulled over to a convenient dock, kicked me out of the boat, tossed a few teeth on the dock, and sped off. My teeth!? What do I do now? In a split second my future was clear, antibiotics. I needed access to antibiotics, and possibly more.
