Hi all. I'm an MSIV preparing to apply to Peds residency programs and was just wondering if anyone out there is willing to glance at my personal statement. It's just a draft, but I have no sense of whether or not it's a good starting point or if I should just scrap it and start from scratch. I would appreciate any and all input! Thanks so much!
