the link only gives you the condensed version (~76 pages) - does anyone have the full version that includes the vignettes section (adding another ~136 pages)?

I cannot seem to find the vignettes section online...

Unless its someone's notes they took while taking the kaplan course, "Petsana Notes" are the Kaplan review course's surgery materials. They are copyrighted. You should probably go here to get yourself a copy.
