The bottom of the first digram shows Na+ influx and immediately afterwards Calcium influx.. thats wrong right? (it should be K+ efflux and THEN ca++ influx?)
 
Although they've not cited it, the first image on page 260 is taken from Little Katzung (Figure 14-3 in 9th edition). The order they show is correct, but it is important to differentiate the difference between the transient outward K+ current responsible for phase 1 (IKto) and the K+ current responsible for phase 3 (delayed rectifier - IK)

In short, there are multiple types of K+ currents, the one they show in the image in FA is the delayed rectifier current.
