I am very interested in completed an addiction fellowship after residency. I was told that there are suboxone training that you can do to get certified. I wanted to know how hard it is to get into fellowship at Harvard, Yale, for addiction fellowship. I know people say that in Psych all fellowships are attainable so was just curious about this. Thanks!

It's not as hard as it is to get into their residency programs. As for "how hard" - that's a difficult thing to quantify, but it's definitely attainable even if you're not at a fancy-sounding program right now.

You also do not need to do a fellowship to become a suboxone prescriber.
