The likelihood of this happening is essentially 0. Not only is there a miniscule pool of people who would be up for this but even if there were no program in their right mind would allow this swap.

What are the circumstances of which you are trying to make this work? PGY4 tends to be the chillest year, my dude/dudette

I know it’s a long shot but living away from significant other is tough. I heard a couple years ago this was done with a resident in a similar situation. Just seeing what’s out there.
