These sorts of things are rarely, if ever, advertised publicly. It would also mean that someone in one of these residency programs has decided already to drop out, has informed their program director, but is staying on to finish out the year before doing something else.

Your best bet is to simply email the program directors of all of the programs in the geographic area you're interested in. Include your CV. Hit the highlights and stress that you're a resident in good standing at your current program, and you're looking to transfer for reasons X, Y and Z. Include your current program director's contact information so they can speak to them if they're interested in you.

More likely than not no one will be looking for a new PGY-2 resident right away, but they'll have your information on file should the time come.

Your English is atrocious!

Behold, the state of pathology.

God help us all.

I'm a native speaker and always scored well on tests.
