PGY2 positions in or out of match

Does anyone know if it is definite that all pgy2 positions from now on have to be in the match? They were outside the match up to this year but I had heard they were going to have to be in and wondering if anyone else knew anything. Thanks

Advanced program PGY2 spots (Gas, Derm, PMR, etc) will need to be in the Match. Open PGY2 spots in categorical programs never were in the Match and will continue to not be.
