university of washington in seattle always leaves a few spots for incoming R2 transferring from other programs or switch to psychiatry as a specialty. I'm a resident there and like it.

i think beth israel (manhattan) also leaves a few pg2 spots. i saw it on the website. im not sure if there is one particular place to look to get a list or anything like that.

Any idea..where to look at?

The APA Web site has a clearinghouse of residency vacancies, should be able to find it if you go there and root around a bit.
