which set of pharm flashcards should I get?

It depends on what you want them for, for step 1 study I liked Lange's--just the right amount of information, good for memorizing info in a format other than first aid's lists, but they have a few errors.

My MSII (soon to be III) friends swore by Lippincott's. It has more info than the Lange cards, but it's all salient (some will argue that it has too much, that Lange has the right amount of info . . . but they would be wrong).

I am obviously one of the arguers...I waited a long time to get my Lange pharm cards and was perfectly happy with the ones I got, especially since they didn't have any unneccessary but scary structures like the Lippincott's cards I saw 👎 I'd suggest to the OP to look at both sets to see which they prefer, I'm sure both are sufficient although I'd guess Lange's are more high yield.
