pharm on comlex

I thought I heard/read someplace that COMLEX doesn't hit MOA that much, mostly what drug to use for what. Is this true? What about SE profiles and all that? USMLEWorld seems to hit them pretty hard, but I have been focusing on what the drugs are and when to use them, particularly DOC and 2nd/3rd line choices for each microbe. How heavy is non-antimicrobial pharm, such as Cardiovascular, cancer, GI, etc drugs?
