Never had a casual conversion with a gun shot victim before -- small entry wounds, big exit wounds. He was proud of them... 😀

"Thank you for calling rite aid, this is _____, how can I help you" "umm, can I put you on hold please, thanks.." "Hi howr you doing today? Are you here to pick up a prescription?" "Someone will be right with you" The strange thing is I LOVE my internship 😍

Whats the protocal/procedure for applying the medication? How did you get asked for that, that doesn't seem normal? What did the guy have to say? thanks
