Pharmacist administers insulin at flu shot clinic

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
A good reminder you probably should document what diluent was used to reconstitute as well. Chains typically don't provide space for this information. Actually Walmart "SOP" says you don't even have to write down the product information anymore because it is stored electronically when you process immunizations.

I literally asked my boss what do you think a board inspector would say and he actually said the Walmart "compliance team" makes sure policies and procedures are consistent with relevant jurisdictions (LOL)
You can access the scanned info quickly at the store level. Why would anyone care if it’s handwritten?

And there is no option to do accuracy scan the sterile water diluent.

Walmart got find beaucoup bucks because pharmacists couldn't fill out DEA 222 forms correctly (you did get that silly 222 guide in the HD signage?) so you think they're really on top of every little thing.

EX: Arizona requires maintaining a "record of compliance" (not just sending info off to PCP) for immunization administration reporting which no chains actually integrated into their system circa 2014-15
