Pharm.D = Doctor of Pharmacy
M.D = Doctor of Medicine

So, if you can call someone a Doctor who has MD, you can definitely call someone a Doctor who has Pharm.D.

I hope this clears your confusion about Pharmacist being called Doctor!!!
