Definitely bring a notebook. Write down "cheat codes"...things like local insurance condor codes/bins, overrides, hot key shortcuts (narc inventory, RTS, etc.), and the fastest keystrokes to information...ex) "S" for status, "A" for automated calls, V(line #) to show details of a script, etc. If you have an automation unit, definitely go over that (how to replace supplies, refill, command). And of course, the layout (fast movers, slow movers, dose form type, automated drugs).
Various view screens in QV are quite useful, H for history, FN for fill notes, and DC for dur comments...routinely check these before verifying
