It appears that you are the President of a PBM. Isn't it a bit of a conflict of interest for you to criticize PBMs and call them an unnecessary middle man?
 
Outside of serving as middlemen and adding billions of dollars to healthcare costs... what do PBMs actually accomplish? Think about it. I'll side with Walgreens on this.

Let's do away with all of them... starting with Medco, ESI, and Caremark

PBM's are restrained by the payers that hire them, so PBM's aren't really the problem here.
