is first aid all we really need for these 2 sections? My school went into a lot more detail [in terms of formulas, etc].
Also under what section in uworld/rx can I find sample questions for kin/dynamics? thanks

They would be under pharmacology if anything, altho I don't recall a lot of pharmacokinetics questions. I would imagine they don't go much more in depth than that, I've seen very little thus far in rx, uw, and a couple of practice tests. In fact, I haven't seen a lot of people in post-exam reviews that mention kinetics, however, I still think it is high yield since it's quick to learn

here is a Q for your question🙂
Question to Q🙂 Welcome to miracoli's world😉

A. Spare receptors, in the absence of drug, are sequestered in the cytoplasm
B. Spare receptors may be detected by finding that the drug-receptor interaction lasts longer than the intracellular effect
C. Spare receptors influence the maximal efficacy of the drug-receptor system
D. Spare receptors activate the effector machinery of the cell without the need for a drug
E. Spare receptors may be detected by the finding that the EC50 is smaller than the Kd for the agonist
