I have heard the Lange flash cards are the best for Step 1, even though First Aid gave Kaplan cards an A+ and Lange A-.

What are your suggestions and comments on these two sets?

I've wondered about this, as well. I own both. For my actual courses, Lange is very helpful. It seems like the Kaplan cards basically get you to associate certain with drugs with certain buzz words, which may be helpful for Step 1, but not for a career.

go with kaplan it is more clinically oriented
