pharmacy gpa vs undergrad gpa

I have a question about which GPA medical schools look at more closely when they review applications...I know that they would need to know what my chemistry and bio background is but wouldnt my pharmacy gpa be more important then my undergrad gpa since the only reason why i got into pharmacy school was because I was good at chem and bio and the likes?
