I am wondering if someone can help me out with these questions and give me examples for each.
1) Tell me about yourself? What exactly do the interviewers want to hear from the student in response to this question?

2) Tell me a time you demonstrated your leadership abilities?
3) What is one area or quality/skill you would like to further develop in the future ?

I'll give you two TYPICAL answers on this question.

1. google and you will find some idea of what those questions are.
2. it depends on who you are.

It depends on the school, if tuition is more than $35,000 per year, just troll them with foolish answers and waste their time for insulting your intelligence. If it is a respectable school, these are seriously open ended questions that don't have a crystal clear right answer ... I think you'll be fine, just show your willingness to work hard and make the school look good.
